Recast

Recast is a series of kilncast glass sculpture looking specifically at the manufacturing history in several cities in the United States. Each sculpture combines imagery from the city’s manufacturing past with the current architecture of the urban landscape. This project is an evolution of the Mining Industries series which looks specifically at land use and changing landscape over time.
